The range of Cable Ties covers from 2.4mm to9mm widths and lengths from 100mm to 812mm. With their high tensile strengths of up to 79.4Kg these features enable you to tie bundles of any diameter between 18mm and 240mm.

Made from natural and black Polyamide 6.6 they are extremely tough, provide excellant electrical insulation, are inert to fungus and mould and resistant to chemicals, petrol, oils, grease and alkalis. They are also self extinguishing to UL94V2 and have a water absorption rate of only 1.3% in 24 hours.

Designed for general wiring work, and motor vehicle fittings, the one piece moulding can be fixed in seconds and will withstand continuous working temperatures from -40 deg. C to +85 deg. C. This makes them suitable for rugged applications.

The black ties are resistant to UV radiation and therefore ideally suited for applications in sunlight and external  conditions. They are tested to Military Specification MIL-S-23190E and Underwriters Laboratory Specification UL 2565, both of which are applicable to cable harness support systems and wire position devices.
